The topics: UN Peacekeeping is the international community’s most effective tool to help countries transition to peace. Peacekeepers work in increasingly dangerous operational environments, putting their safety and security at risk. With Member State support, a new implementation strategy part of the Action for Peacekeeping agenda, known as A4P+, is intended to address systemic issues affecting peacekeeping missions, requiring new capabilities for uniformed components.
