BREAKING: Appeals Court RESPONDS to DOJ Mar-A-Lago Search Motion and SETS DEADLINE for Trump

The Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals has quickly responded over the weekend to the Department of Justice’s Motion for Partial Stay Pending Appeal and Ordered Trump to Respond to the Motion by Tuesday. The Department of Justice has argued the 100 classified records should not be subject to the special master process and Judge Cannon’s Order should not include those records.
