BREAKING: Lindsey Graham FILES Emergency Appeal with Supreme Court to Block Grand Jury Testimony

After losing his appeal before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal to block his testimony before the Fulton County Special Grand Jury investigation into 2020 criminal election interference, Lindsey Graham has filed an emergency application with the Supreme Court to bail him out to avoid testifying. The Eleventh Circuit previously ruled that Graham’s communication with the Trump campaign, his efforts to “exhort” or “cajole” the Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to change election results, and public statements, were all fair game for questioning before the Special Grand Jury.
