BREAKING: Trump Lawyer John Eastman LOSES Motion in Federal Court to STOP DOJ Investigation

Federal Judge Robert Brack denied an effort by John Eastman, the insurrectionist attorney who helped plot Donald Trump’s effort to overturn the results of the 2020 election, to reclaim his phone from the Justice Department after it was obtained by the execution of a legal search warrant. The judge said Eastman failed to show that the seizure caused him "irreparable harm" and declined to exercise equitable jurisdiction over the Rule 41(g) motion.
