Global Citizen Festival 2022 | World Leaders Pledge to End Extreme Poverty

The 2022 Global Citizen Festival celebrated 10 years of festivals and united change makers and leaders on the global stage on Sept. 24 in NYC. United Nations Deputy Secretary-General Amina Mohammed joined world leaders and governments in support of ending poverty now, including representatives Canada, Belgium, Denmark, the European Commission, Germany, Ghana, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Slovenia, United Nations, and the United States. Global Citizen is a movement on a mission to achieve the United Nations Global Goals, calling for action to be taken NOW for girls, for the planet, to end poverty.
