Donald Trump is trying to get the $250 million civil case NY Attorney General Letitia James brought against him transferred to the complex commercial division in New York and removed from Justice Arthur Engoron. Tish James filed a notice of related case for the lawsuit for the case to go before Justice Engoron because he presided over the related special action. James also is asking for a trial date in 2023.
