Trump DEPOSITION scheduled in E. Jean Carroll Defamation Case in October

E. Jean Carroll set the deposition of Donald Trump for October 19 in connection with her defamation action it was revealed in recent court filings. Trump has asked his deposition be delayed until after the Court of Appeals rules on his pending motion to substitute the government as a defendant and dismiss the case. Regardless of if the defamation case is dismissed, E. Jean Carroll May now file a case for the underlying sexual assault since New York just passed the Adult Survivors Act which revives the statute of limitations on previously time-barred claims for an additional year.
