BREAKING: Court of Appeals Sets BRIEFING SCHEDULE in Arizona Voter Intimidation Case

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has set an expedited briefing schedule in the case involving right-wing extremist groups threatening voters at ballot boxes after the District Court ruled the groups had a First Amendment Right to engage in such conduct. In addition, the DOJ filed a “statement of interest” in a related case arguing the conduct at issue would violate 11(b) of the Voting Rights Act.
