Seven sheriff’s deputies and three hospital workers have been charged in the death of Irvo Otieno
Seven Henrico county sheriff’s deputies and three hospital employees have been charged with murder in the death of Irvo Otieno in Virginia. A prosecutor said that the deputies got on top of a handcuffed and shackled man, causing him to die from asphyxiation.
