UN Human Rights Chief calls on Iranian authorities to end 'brutal repression'
UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Türk briefed a Special Session of the Human Rights Council on Iran. Mr. Turk said 'the killing on the streets of Iran may have subsided, but the brutality continues'.
