Football For Peace
In Nairobi, Kenya's capital, a community-based organization called Simama launched a peace-building sports tournament designed to empower local youth and help lift them out of poverty in the Kariobangi neighborhood. As part of this initiative, Catherine Monthe coaches Simama's female football team, which recently partnered with the United Nations for a Football for the Goals event.
